Michael Palazey [Михaйло Пaлaжій], (b. July 27, 1892, in Strilky, Sambir district, Lviv region, Ukraine; d. March 23, 1962, in Trenton, NJ). The first choir director at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Trenton, New Jersey. He immigrated to America in 1913. He became the choir director at Holy Trinity in 1919, the year that the parish was founded. He is buried in Holy Trinity parish cemetery, which is located in Hamilton, Mercer County, NJ.
